30 Simple Syrup
6-8 Mint Leaves
3 Lemon Wedges

How to craft

STEP 1

To start, muddle together mint, lemon and syrup in a shaker

STEP 2

Next, add a handful of ice and 2 oz (60mL) Alberta Premium Whisky

STEP 3

Shake for about 15 seconds

STEP 4

Next, fine strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice

STEP 5

Garnish with a sprig of mint and lemon -- and voila, the whisky smash in all its glory
